Welcome to A-1 School

A-1 School is an online real estate and notary public training school to assist individuals in obtaining their California Real Estate License or Notary Public License. We also provide Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Continuing Education Courses. All Pre-Licensing courses are approved by the DRE.

We use textbooks for all Real Estate Pre-License courses. Students will also be able to study whenever they want and keep it for future reference. However, the final examination for each subject will be online, with results of the test available immediately afterward. A certificate of completion will also be available to print out.

January 1,2013, the DRE changed the qualifying requirements for broker examination applicants--need two years full time licensed salesperson experience along with completion of courses.

The study material for the Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Continuing Education is provided online and downloadable as a pdf file, and the final testing will be online as well. The certification of completion may be printed out right after the student passes the test.
