Since this is an online course, students will not be physically present in a typical classroom. The course is designed so that the student will be able to complete the course in approximately 6 hours.  Responsibility rests upon the individual student to perform self-study in his own pace and time.

The Proof of Completion Certificate is given to the individuals to complete the course and have answered at least 85% of the online questions given after each section.

Handouts

There will be no handouts as students may access online resources while doing the course. Likewise, the Code of Regulations were included the latter part of the course for reference purposes.

Proof of Completion

A Proof of Completion Certificate will be provided to a student within 10 calendar days of the student completing the course and providing all of the required documents (e.g. declaration of completion, identification, payment). Upon receiving any inquiry from a student regarding the status of his/her Proof of Completion Certificate, a detailed written response shall be provided to the student within 10 calendar days.  The written response shall indicate, at a minimum, whether a Proof of Completion Certificate has been issued to the student if one has been issued or why a Certificate of Completion Certificate has been issued to the student if none has been issued.

Refund Policy

Once payment has been submitted, students will receive access to the online course.  There will be no refunds once payments have been processed. Hence, students will have to exercise caution when ordering the online course.
