REAL ESTATE AGENT/BROKER LICENSE RENEWAL

1. Q: I've had my California Real Estate Salesperson License for 4 years.  This is my FIRST renewal, so what do I need to do to renew it?

A: Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Subsequent Renewals on or after Huly 1, 2011 Must completea total of 45 hours of approved continuing education courses.

2. Q: I've had my California Real Estate salesperson License for 8 or more years. This is NOT my first renewal. What do I need to do to renew it?

A: If this is your second renewal or greater, you must complete 45 hours of continuing education.

3. Q: I need to renew my California Real Estate Broker License.  What do I need to do now to renew it?

A: You must complete 45 hour of continuing education.
