All of the courses are approved by the Department of Real Estate.The final test is open book. The final examination will consists of 15 true /false and mutiple-choice for Risk Mangement,Agency ,Trust Funds, Ethics, Fair Housing and 70  true/false and mutiple questions for Real Property Ownership Tax Benefits.

On completion of the online final exam result will be available online instantly. Upon successful completion(70% of higher), a certificate will be issued to you online that you can print or save to print at later time. If you do not pass, you may retake the final exam  once at no additional charge

Minimum Study Period - 45-hour package is 6 days

Participant is limited completion of final examination for that offering for a maximum of 15 credit hours during any one 24 hour period.
